Bahan:

1 ekor ikan bawal
air jeruk nipis (secukup rasa)
1/2 sendok teh garam
1 batang serai, diiris halus
1 batang bunga kantan (kencong), diiris
5 buah cabai rawit merah (cili api)
1 buah tomat, dipotong kotak
3/4 sendok teh garam

gula merah (secukup rasa)
100 ml air
air asam (secukup rasa)
4 sendok makan minyak untuk menumis

Bumbu halus:
5 butir bawang merah
4 siung bawang putih
1 sdk kunyit serbuk
1 cm halia
1/2 sdk merica
4 buah cabai merah

Cara membuat:
1. Lumuri ikan bawal dengan air jeruk nipis dan garam. Diamkan 15 menit.
2. Panaskan minyak. Tumis bumbu halus, serai, dan bunga kantan sampai harum. Tambahkan cabai rawit merah dan tomat. Aduk sampai layu.
3. Masukkan air, garam, gula merah dan ikan. Masak sampai mendidih.

4. Tambahkan air asam. Aduk rata.

Bahan-bahan: 
1 ekor ayam dipotong 16 bagian
2 batang serai di memarkan
7 buah bawang merah di rajang
1 lembar daun pandan
4 lembar daun jeruk
50 ml air
1 buah jeruk nipis 

Haluskan :
12 buah cabai merah    
8 buah cabai rawit merah
7 siung bawang putih
4 cm jahe (halia)

Cara mengolah: 
1. Tumis bawang merah,serai dan daun pandan hingga bawang kecoklatan.
2. Masukkan bumbu yang dihaluskan dan daun jeruk ,aduk hingga harum.
3. Kemudian masukkan ayam aduk hingga ayam berubah warnanya, tambahkan air, kecilkan api, tutup. Di ungkep (api sedang saja) hingga airnya agak mengering sambil sekali-sekali di aduk-aduk.Angkat.
4. Tambahkan air jeruk,aduk hingga rata.

Note : Sebaiknya ayam sebelum di olah, setelah dipotong-potong direndam dengan perasan air jeruk selama -/+ 45 menit. Jadi tidak perlu lagi ditambahkan air jeruknya diadonan.

Kulit Pancake

Bahan :
250 gr tepung terigu
1 btr telur
500ml santan (boleh ditukar dengan air biasa)
½ sdt garam
(tambah beberapa tetes perasa pandan) 



Cara membuat :

Taruh dalam wadah, tepung terigu, garam dan telur, aduk rata sambil dituangi santan sedikit demi sedikit hingga santan habis.Tambahkan perasa pandan, aduk rata. Buat dadar tipis-tipis.

Bahan Isi

Whipcream (pakai yang liquid lebih mudah), kocok kaku, masukkan ke pipping bag, sisihkan
Daging buah durian buang isinya, lumatkan (kasar)

Ambil selembar kulit pancake, beri whipcream dan letakkan durian diatasnya. Lipat seperti amplop. Dinginkan sebelum disajikan.
